For the transfer of a vehicle the buyer and seller need to have PA issued photo ID. You will need to bring with you, your valid ID(see above), the title for the vehicle and valid proof of insurance in order to issue or transfer a license plate. There may be additional paperwork needed for certain situations (ex.death of vehicle owner, P.O.A. etc.)
Please Note: U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service form I-9 does not require notarization. These forms normally provided by your employer or potential employer may or may not have the proper notarial wording on them to allow us to notarize the forms.
